How to Apply for Child Care

Our centers serve both full-cost families (faculty, staff, and community families who pay full tuition) and student families (who must meet income guidelines and are subsidized by a grant through the California Department of Education). If you are interested in applying for either full-cost or subsidized child care in any of our programs, please submit a separate application for each child you wish to enroll. Forms are fillable PDFs and can be saved and printed out to return to us. Once your child has been offered a spot in one of our programs, enrollment paperwork can be found in the age-specific tiles below or can be picked up as a packet in our Child Care Services Office. In order for us to maintain HIPAA compliance, please do not email enrollment paperwork, but return it in person or by mail.
